Xaloq's music aims to reach the heart of the listener through the reinterpretation of Valencian melodies and original pieces inspired by the Mediterranean musical tradition. Its sound is defined by an emphasis on those melodies and pleasant harmonies, contrasting with the roughness of other elements borrowed from modal and free jazz.
